I will let you choose if this game deserves the netorare tag or not but the “futanari” girl is fucking some of the Li’s (at least so far she is clearly fucking the daughter of the mc) so up to you to consider if this deserves netorare tag or not.
Im not sure about this one but wanted to warn you of this.
In the last update, he made all of this content avoidable and in separates routes.
