Bright Past – New Version 0.99.6 [Kosmos Games]
Dear friends, the day has come! It is with great pleasure that I present you a demo of my new project. Some may consider it to be a remake of my very first game – “Bright Future”, that many of you liked. The new game is called “Bright Past” and is also based on the concept of an open-world sandbox with a main storyline. However, this time we are doing it on a completely different level! In the current version you can meet the main characters, learn about their background and game setting in general. As you can see in the screenshot, the game will take place in the modern world. The main character will be a girl. The genre of the project can be described as a sandbox with elements of the quest an RPG.

v0.99.6 As you probably know, I’m actively bringing the game to version 1.0. And it’s not as exciting as I would like. I’ve been playing Bright Past for over a month and fixing all the problems I encounter along the way. These changes are not so noticeable at first glance, but they are necessary for the correct operation of all components and for the overall experience of the game. First, before the release of version 1.0, I plan to get rid of all content that may violate copyright. All bonus cards have been replaced with original AI versions. The magazines in Rick’s room and Snake’s have also been replaced. The “Strength of Impact” parameter has been completely removed. The cake that temporarily increases this parameter now increases Inspiration. In the gym, you can now pump up only Strength. Many endgame bugs have been fixed. Many old scenes now take into account Alex’s intimate haircut, including animations. Some scenes have received improved quality. Music and bugs have also been fixed. Many scenes that were previously mandatory can now be skipped for more convincing roleplaying. The skipped scenes will not be included in the gallery. New scene with Letty after the casting 1 new location. Many missing scenes have been added to the gallery. Ryder’s buddies have received updated unique appearances.

A few annoying glitches in the matrix. After a shower (whether in Val’s place or in the basement), the game reverts to the post-concert thing with Tanya and Bonnie.
Second. The main story gets stuck on waiting for the concert at 15:00 on Saturday. Still waiting for that to move after more than a couple of weeks in the game.
I love this game but far too many glitches.
After the scene with Mistress and her sister, the display goes manic and it’s impossible to cure it.
Sorry, but I’m walking away from this game until it’s fixed.
