With the release of the 0.8 update the way of installing the inc patch has changed. Now it will be compatible with any version after 0.8. And you can do it yourself by simply creating a .txt file named “Patch” in the game directory. Just put in folder where you run the game.

To gain access, visit the elite brothel again at night, the quest will start automatically.
LST has been reworked. Regular LST has been removed from the game. The number of H-games has been reduced to 4. Scenes for H-games are combined. Now, only SPL LST is responsible for Noemi’s corruption.
New plugins and interface details have been added for a more convenient playthrough.
