In this game:
Hijo=teenant, madre=landlady, hermano=roommate??
In Spanish “roommate” meanans “compañero de piso” (people who share a room)

Many of these games use other names (euphemisms) when incest is involved such as landlady for mother, roommate for brother or sister, tennant for son or daughter, etc
