The main character (you) is Martin from School, Love and Friends.
The main hub will be your own house that you’ll share with your room mate.
Less grinding than SLF.
One part of your day is to go to the medschool.
You can follow a story directly from the HUD.
Years after the first game, explore the life of a new medicine intern. College, hospital, home, evolve in this sandbox as you want. More real choices, a lot of character (old and new), less grinding. Enjoy this game, enhanced since the old one.​

As mentioned in my previous devlog, I decided to focus on three main characters in this update (alongside progression in the main story).
Main Story
In addition to the consultation service, you now have access to the hospitalization department — and its three new nurses.
You’ll handle more varied cases, with deeper writing and more narrative-driven situations compared to standard consultations.
Lea – The Influencer
The sporty influencer who prefers filming herself over actually boxing is back… and she has a deal to offer you — one where you have everything to gain.
As you spend more time with her, you’ll start discovering what lies behind that seemingly superficial image, and maybe even earn her genuine appreciation.

If you’ve played the original game, you know she wasn’t exactly the top student. But she’s trying — and if you take the time to guide her properly, she may find new motivation… and perhaps a way to move past certain family complications.
