Has nothing to do with the original game, waste of time.
The only change I saw was that when choosing the Mage path, mc still finds out that Sona is a vampire. In the original mc only learns this on the Bookworm path. Otherwise, there’s no new content at all. Some choice options have been removed, and some are glitchy, as choosing to spare Priscilla still results in her execution. So I don’t understand what the changes are?
