As many of you have probably noticed, we’ve had back-to-back releases over the past two months. That wasn’t because development suddenly became faster, it was because most of Lucky Lucy’s renders had already been completed quite some time ago.
Unfortunately, as development continued, my own inspiration for the project gradually faded, and the community’s interest never really grew the way I had hoped. Rather than forcing the project to continue indefinitely, I decided it was better to bring it to an end.
I also want to focus on reducing the number of active projects I’m juggling at the same time. Lucky Lucy is the first step toward that goal, allowing me to dedicate more time and energy to my remaining projects. The Prison Guard will eventually follow the same approach as I work toward a more focused development schedule.
